Carol DeShong founded Desden alongside her husband, Sonny, in 2007, building on a manufacturing legacy that dates back over 50 years.
Carol started Desden because she couldn't find a game day bag she actually wanted to carry. The options were either purely functional or purely decorative. Nothing brought both together.
Then in 2013, while exhibiting at market in Atlanta, she heard the news: the NFL was requiring clear bags at stadiums, and colleges were expected to follow.
