Desden MAP Pricing Policy

At Desden, we are committed to building a brand that feels thoughtful, consistent, and trusted — for both our customers and our retail partners.

This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy helps maintain brand integrity, support fair competition, and ensure a consistent customer experience across all sales channels.

 

 

1. Policy Overview

This policy applies to all authorized retailers of Desden products. Retailers may not advertise Desden products below the established MAP pricing at any time.

This policy is designed to:

  • Protect brand value

  • Support our retail partners

  • Maintain consistent product positioning


2. What Counts as “Advertised Price”

“Advertised price” includes any publicly visible price, including:

  • Websites and online stores

  • Social media posts

  • Email marketing

  • Paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • Printed or promotional materials

This also includes:

  • Discount codes

  • Sitewide promotions

  • Automatic discounts

If the visible price drops below MAP, it is considered a violation.

3. Pricing Guidelines

  • Retailers may sell products at any price in-store or at checkout

  • Products may not be advertised below MAP

  • Desden MAP pricing details can be found here.

  • Bundles are allowed, but individual product pricing must remain compliant


4. Online Marketplace Policy

Desden products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) without prior written approval.


5. Violations

Failure to comply may result in:

  • First violation: Written notice

  • Second violation: Temporary account suspension

  • Third violation: Termination of wholesale partnership

Desden reserves the right to enforce this policy at its discretion.


6. Our Approach

We value our relationships with our retail partners and aim to handle all matters professionally and respectfully.

This policy is in place to support long-term success for everyone carrying the Desden brand.


7. Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Desden, retailers agree to comply with this MAP Policy.
