REFUND POLICY

We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. However, If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please reach out right away to Jane with Customer Service at sales@desden.com.

Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.  When shipped via pre-paid label, a $7 per item fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of Desden Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have the original hang tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

Non-returnable items (unless otherwise noted):

  • Custom Items 
  • Sale items marked as final sale

To Submit a return request :

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Submit request".

 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
