I ordered a card holder for a gift ansyas of today it is still sitting in Houston!!! I notified the company and they sent another one via FedEx and I received it over night!! I’m happy with the quick response once I contacted them but since they didn’t send me a review request sooner makes me wonder why not. Bottom line my granddaughter is happy even if we did receive it after her birthday!!

We actually shipped your order rigiht away, the item was picked up that day but apparently there was some sort of delay with the postal service. Once you alerted us of the missing item we felt that we went over and above to make it right for you and your grandaughter! We over nighted the cell phone via Fedex at our own expense.
